Seller's Description & Comments 1985 Chevrolet K10 Scottsdale Square Body Stepside Classic Pickup 4x4. This truck is as nice underneath as it is on the top side. This truck is a legit rust survivor. If you look carefully at these photos you can appreciate the quality of how nice this truck is. The frame is straight, clean floor pans, basically a perfect underside mechanically and cosmetically. You can find some classic restored square body trucks, but you cannot put back the metal that rusted away and hide the fact of which ones were nice and which ones were not. This is one of the few nice ones left. Small block V8 engine with headers, dual exhaust, stepside bed with refurbished show quality wood floor, manual transmission, small lift kit with new 33 inch all-terrain general grabber tires on proper rally wheels, air condition fully intact and retrofitted, power steering, power brakes, bench seat, aftermarket stereo, couple, aftermarket gauges and what appears to be torch red colored paint. This truck appears to be pretty freshly redone and it appears to have mechanical restoration as well. Very solid and dry underneath and runs and drives well. This truck also has Scottsdale 20 emblems, but does have half ton 6 lug axles so we would not consider that those are proper but stepside trucks of this nature are tough to find so we don’t have much comparison to judge that from. This is one of the cleanest trucks of this price point you will find hands down other than one slight imperfection in the paint on the driver side which is photoed and very slight. You would you be hard-pressed to pick on it very much at all. We would not consider it Barrett Jackson or “show” quality, but as you can see it’s a close runner up for a fraction of the price of what these trucks are bringing through Barrett Jackson or Mecum etc.. This is a good solid extremely fair priced unit that has been through our shop serviced inspected gone over and ready to enjoy.
